This video has more sleeper effects than anything. By that I mean, great effects on my sleep if done in the evening, AND an added bonus of making me mindful for hours and hours afterward. For the record, I have had Kundalini -nspired live classes near where I live, but this class is not like Kundalini, not like vinyasa yoga, not that much like a hatha class—it's like nothing else I know. It's an acquired taste.

Hello anne !! gud morning,
I'm shashi from india.........joined myo 3 days back and saw ur amazing video....U'r doing a grt job . Ur style of teaching yoga is really commendssable. in fact i myself am a health conscious guy and have been practising yoga and doing work outs since last 25 years . I never taken a professional coaching ...this is the first time i saw a proper video of a yoga instructor and i must tell u that u' are perfect in it. One suggestion ...if u don't mind....can i ? anyways.... why don't u add some breathing exercises also ,like kapalbharati & bastrika !
