I've been doing this the last weeks as well and I agree on the daily energy tag. Very good and transformative indeed. I agree with bambam and don't like the "new" words for the poses but it's a minor dislike among the benefits this practice brings. Thanks Shiva.

I've been doing this class on and off for several months now--and it has made a significant difference in the strength of my back and arms. The pace gets me sweating, which is a stress reducer for me. I'm terrible at the arm balances, so those keep me humble. Overall, I recommend this class!

Shiva,
Please consider putting the music from your DVD Daily Energy series into a CD. I could listen to it all day.

This was a challenging workout, as always to be expected from Shiva Rea. Tons of push ups! I would say this is more intermediate than moderate.

I found it very frustrating that she used the sankrit names instead of english, I was late with every pose, because I didn't know she was moving to the next one, I had to lift my head to the screen every time to see what to do and my neck doesn't like that... I liked the class though, but not the teaching :(

I don't like that she uses own words for the poses. If something has had a specific name for hundreds of years why trying to impose your own?

There is an error in "teacher" line and Shiva Rea's name isn't displayed correctly.
