i did like this practice, i just felt it ended too abruptly. i felt there should have been some cool down or gentle stretches at the end.

Moves VERY fast. It made it difficult to complete the poses with the proper form. Thought the advertising was a little inappropriate as well.

I loved that Sarah repeated the sequence many times so I could actually catch on. i did look at her line of clothes. Sarah is very motivated. who rah!

Notice the instructor starts by plugging her "style" of yoga before plugging her line of yoga fashion. This is not in the spirit of yoga. This is advertising. I will be frequenting an authentic yoga site elsewhere on the Net. Bye-bye MYO after four years.
