Sun Salutations come in many forms, all with the basic goal to warm the body and meditatively focus the mind. This hatha flow introduces a slow variation of sun salutations breaking down the key elements for building space, alignment, and integrity. This practice finishes with a series of light, expanding asana sequences designed to leave the body awake and rejuvenated.

Thank You so much for this video! I am new to yoga and the other ones were almost too challenging for me but this one is PERFECT. The pace was perfect, instructions very clear, and it gave me a chance to really focus on the poses. I'm very excited to do this video again tomorrow!

did not like it,he speaks terribly, why can't he just tell me what part of my body to move? he doesn't explain himself well enough

The reason I love this class is that I get the chance to use my full breath. Faster paced classes leave me catching up to 'their' breath and also wondering what the teacher is doing if their articulation isn't spot on. With your soothing voice, totally enthralling articulation (to places some teachers only dream of knowing about), i feel that I've done a full workout with the areas the class was chosen for.
MORE classes like this please-slow, thoughtful, concise and with your attention to detail, you can have us twisting and bending beyond our wildest dreams.
