Sun Salutations come in many forms, all with the basic goal to warm the body and meditatively focus the mind. This hatha flow introduces a slow variation of sun salutations breaking down the key elements for building space, alignment, and integrity. This practice finishes with a series of light, expanding asana sequences designed to leave the body awake and rejuvenated.

This is excellent instruction. It's important to know right brain detail and that it' is accessible. Thanks for making this a part of your / my practice.

Thank you, Kreg, for another lovely practice. I lit a candle and set my intention for healing, peace, and grace for those in pain today. This quiet practice helped me send that energy where it needed to go. Many thanks.

I basically like anything that Kreg does. HIs meditative style is quieting, at the same time as he pays good attention to proper alignment. This one's a great morning yoga for a stiff and aging booy!

@kregweiss So sorry...I don't know how that showed up, but I actually really liked this video and have a very positive comment in "my private diary:" "Great - really relaxing, good for morning." I meant for that to be private, and it wasn't meant for you at all. Sorry again for my technical failure!!

hello @laurenelizabeth ... the MYO team appreciates feedback as it helps everyone develop and grow in offering this service and overall practice experience ... however, it is unproductive for our team and community to receive comments such as yours (ie 'weird teacher') ... feel welcome to share more constructive comments keeping in mind that we genuinely place kind, positive efforts to deliver our teachings ... Feel very good after this video. Trying yoga for the first time to strengthen my body and help to release tight tensions allover. Will do this again tomorrow!
