Someone else commented that this was 'flowing meditation'...most definitely. Beautiful practice.

Very Elegant practice. Loved it! Did not care for the "operatic" music. Why is everyone there playing that?????

Very strong yet relaxing sequence. Kreg, are there any videos of yours with the pose in your profile photo? I would love to learn that one.

Felt completely spent before this practice and now feeling much much calmer and more present. Also, first time I manage to do a full plough pose! Beautiful practice, thank you

Fabulous strong but slow practice. Perfect for strengthening and stretching but with a calmness that is an ideal counter balance to a busy and fast paced life. Thanks Kreg.

Thanks stefieperk ... glad you enjoyed this slow, yet engaging approach. I personally prefer to build up energy by going in slow motion - I find this pace allows for a greater opportunity to explore and to tune into the sensations vibrating from each pose. Namaste, Kreg

oh Wow! Kreg, I always enjoy and never go wrong when I tune in to one of your practices, but this was my favorite! Just what I needed after a 10 hour catering gig last night! Thank you for your expertise and gentle guidance! Namaste!

Wow, that was excellent. I felt like I was moving in slow motion the whole length of the video, really being able to connect to my breath and body. It required a lot of strength, but my body loved it! Thank You, Kreg!

Hi mica10, awesome to see you are seeing some clear strength benefits with these practices ... to become stronger:
*in chaturanga transitions, try adding a couple extra SLOW pushups as you head towards updog or cobra and/or as you exit - this will develop strength in the triceps and front of the shoulders
*in chair poses, consider holding longer and change the height of the hips with each breath (higher/lower) - this will condition the thighs and gluts
*for other obvious strength and endurance poses (warriors, table, plank on elbows, crow, side plank etc), count the number of breaths you hold in these asanas - over time, explore adding an extra breath or two or three :) ... please make certain that as you extend the hold periods, that you retain a sense of control, integrity, and ease of breath - avoid flowing into struggle and ungrounded exertion
Namaste,
Kreg

Hey Kreg, thank you so much for that practise. In your classes just everything works together perfectly. Music, pace, poses, your voice. That was just a great hour in which I realized that I gained more (muscular) strength during the last weeks to do another rather advanced poses. Thank you. But I am wondering what else do you do to become stronger?
