This class started off a little slow for me, and maintained a calm pace throughout the practice. While there was some solid core work mid-class, I'm sure this is one that I'll feel the benefits of tomorrow.

Very nice video to do. Seemed to be relaxing at the same time as a work out yoga class - time really flew by, when it came to the end I thought we had only done about 20 minutes!
