By far the best instruction on Crow Pose. Thank you Nico.

Nico, this was so enlightening - starting with crow/crunches on my back as you suggest, I finally, finally, understood how my core was supposed to feel in the full version of the pose and was able to get up and hold it briefly, with much more stability than in the past. Thanks for the "aha" moment!

Great video! My goal is to be able to hold a successful Crow as a gateway to more arm balances. Is there anything I can try to better build arm and core strength to achieve my goals?

Great instruction. I can do crow but now I have to work on 'floating' back not 'shooting' back into Chaturanga.

Wow this is a fantastic video. I actually made it up into this Crow pose for the first time ever without head butting the ground! Only managed to stay a few seconds but it is a start!!

I am trying to do this every day so I can hold this longer and longer. I can just hold it momentarily but that is better than what I could do! Thanks for the step by step instructions on technique. Getting by hips up higher and heels off the floor really helped me get into the right position to be able to do this finally!
