Flow through a 30 minute dynamic series with Nicki Doane. The physical focus of this yoga lesson plan is a balanced approach to core strength, and the broader focus is finding a deep inner strength that supports everything we do. This practice balances traditional fitness notions of abdominal strength with awareness of developing a strong, steady breath and a quiet mind.

Really loved this video. I had no issues with the cues for instruction and the syncing of the video. I also wasn't watching the screen all that much becuase her instructions were well done and I only looked up a few times to check my placement to see if it matched hers. I feel very relaxed and rejuvinated. Thanks for a wonderful practice!

I agree with all of that... good instruction, nice workout, but didn't know how to integrate the core so much, the instruction was a few seconds behind the visuals, and the music was like a creepy 80s movie.

Clear, concise instruction; yes the voice over at times didn't sync in time with the cues, but i hardly watch the video because her instruction is spot on. Great after work sequence, for when you want a short, but strong yoga session.

Great practice! I was unaware of the synching problems as i rarely watch the video and with this one the instructions were so clear I never needed to. I understand the comments about it not being a "core" workout...this would hold true if you didn't use your core for all practice. I now I am feeling it in my core after awareness there for 30 minutes :) Thanks Nicki!

I thought the instruction was superb and very clearcontrary to some of the other comments. But, I do not think this session was about "core," nonetheless I would do it again. Very good!

I agree with the other comments that the video didn't synch well with the verbal cues, however it was a good short practice. I rarely watch the screen, so i followed along pretty well based on the verbal cues.

Mostly arm and leg workout with less than 5 min of core at the end. Her instruction often came before her body transitioned so it was tough to follow along at times. Overall, a serious workout.

Thank you Nicki, it's an awesome video with very clear instructions but, the music did not sync with the practice. It was disturbing, it would have been great without music or with some traditional music.
Thank you
