I just wanted to say I really appreciate you authenticity, sometimes I find myself wondering how "real" this yoga world is with all the catch phrases and love and light with no recognition of shadow. I felt very much at home hearing you speak from your heart about your experiences and how this relates to yoga, it brings the teachings alive instead of just repeating someone elses words. Maybe a bit longer gor savasana to integrate it all but anyway the class was really a breath of fresh air, thank you.

I can see why Kerri has designated this "All Levels," as it's a workshop that seeks to build a foundational toolbox for more advanced poses. However, to have the strength and stamina to get through this entire video without a lot of modifications or breaks, I would say you should be at an intermediate level, especially as a lot of the tougher poses are held for a long time. That said, I agree with the other comments--a well-balanced practice with really useful instructions, and unusually for yoga, some killer core exercises!

Man! This was a serious core sequence. If I had tried this a year ago, I think I would have been totally overwhelmed, but it was a doable challange for me now. Overall, this is a very challenging class--also on the thighs. Pretty slow paced but fulfilling. Thanks!
