Love this class for entering more moderate yoga. Her instructions and vocal coaching got my breathing pattern perfect. The flow is lovely.

@jmarie743 Sometimes it's just a matter of abdominal strength + flexibility to make this an easy transition. If you feel like it helps to keep the heal lifted while stepping forwards then by all means go for it! Whenever there's a feeling of stress/discomfort it's best to take another variation and if you can, see a teacher one-on-one. The only other suggestion I have is when you put the heal down, make sure to press into the outer edge of the foot, so the back leg remains active (and continues to be a support). Hope this helps.

Hello! Thank you for the class. I have a question for you about your down dog to warrior 1 transition: I found that turning down my (left) foot before first moving my (right) foot into position at the front of the mat placed a lot of stress on on my inner (right) side and ribs, as I lost the support of my (left) leg when trying to lift my (right) leg to the front of the mat. As it is the first time I've encountered this transition, could you give any tips? Thanks again!

Day 28 of 54 Day Yoga Challenge... What's that? Half way there? Doesn't even seem relevant anymore. I'm enjoying this process so much... never has it felt like a chore... THANK YOU!
I don't love my body because I do YOGA, I do YOGA because I love my body!

Instruction was clear; however I found the french translation distracting. Also, her microphone and speakers kept conflicting on and off for the first 10 minutes of the class.
