Pls turn up audio or speak louder. Had to hook my IPad up to speakers and still wasn't loud enough. Trying to hear the cues distracted from your lovely practice.

Good varied practice but bearing in mind you can't always be looking at the screen to see what Mara is doing, a few more instructions would be helpful, particularly about coming out of postures. Also no counter pose to the shoulder stand.
