Kia Miller presents this back-bending inspired vinyasa flow with pranayama and meditation. Bhakti refers to love and devotion; take this opportunity to devote some time to your yoga practice, health and wellness. Great for anyone wanting to release tension, to open their body, detoxify and connect to their hearts.

This was beautiful! Thank you Kia for the lovely and thoughtful narration. I really appreciate the pranayama and meditative visualization at the end of the practice, it made my practice feel more complete today. Also gorgeous scenery location!!! I will definitely do this one again :) Namaste

A great surprise--I got to try out some yoga poses not normally found in these videos! I will say if you have bony parts you may want to use extra padding for some of the poses (I have a sensitive pelvic bone, and needed a pillow for some of the extensions on my stomach) but otherwise, a great practice. Stay tuned for the boat!

I loved this - it's nice to have reminders about connections to others during our practice and to remain graceful and offering. Thank you!
