Kreg, you must also have had years of training in dance, as your movements are the most beautiful and graceful I have even seen in yoga. You truly make observing you an art. This was a nice compliment to your other 11 minute balancing video. One intense, than one relaxed. I am now ready for floor and savasana. Thank you.

I loved the sequence of getting into warrior 3 and the subtle nuances of these poses. Kreg is easily one of my top 3 favorite teachers, if not number 1! HIs classes are awesome!!
