I couldnt do all the poses but the instructor was clear on alternatives along the way. Also clear was providing poses that i need to work towards and how to get there.

Amazing! I loved this practice and Nico's teaching. It felt so natural and delicious for my whole body. It was advanced but the pace was nice and slow so I could take it all in. I accomplished things I had never quite been able to do before!

Probably one of my favourite classes. It was a challenge, but the instructor is so calming and helped me to focus so much that it made it wonderfully invigorating and relaxing class. Will be doing this class often!
