This advanced vinyasa practice flows through long, flowing yoga pose sequences, and a series of blissful, heart-opening back bends. Some more advanced variations are explored in this class; so as always, when practicing yoga postures, listen to your body and let your intuition be your guide. Rest anytime you need to.

Love your philosophy. Your style is so anatomically inclined it really let me see how bodies in general are able to stretch and move in such ways: very detailed and sensitive. Thank you. A great comprehensive class for me.

This was a fantastic class - just what I was looking for; a class that focuses more on strength and holding poses longer so you can really start feeling and getting into them. The stands make much more sense as Niko explains them and I'm more confident practicing them in my own home than I am in a "live" class. Even through a video, Niko's guidance and voice calm through as so calming and supportive and most importantly genuine. All of Niko's series are wonderful.

This is a great class. It is challenging and opening. I especially appreciate Nico's comments throughout the poses concerning why we do yoga, and the true nature of ourselves.

Hello Stine. Yes, the music in Savasana is by artist Clair Oaks - you can find all of her music in our music store MyYogaMusic.com in the 'yoga rhythms' section. Namaste.
