Excellent video. I like how Kreg always reminds us that yoga should be joyful. When transitioning into poses he often states to go into the pose with enjoyment or joy. I also like how he reminds us not to have egoes. Do what we can at our level.

I appreciate all the balancing work that Kreg includes in his sessions. I also value the many variations Kreg mentions to keep the pose easiest or make it more challenging. I am slowly working my way through all of Kreg's videos and I enjoy each class in its own way.
