Build strength and focus; unite body, mind, and breath with this Ashtanga-inspired Yoga class that draws from the primary series. This practice is recommended for experienced practitioners.

Nice flow. Good workout. Challenging enough that I would do it again to work on mastering the harder options. Enjoyable. Like the narrative.

This is a great rendition of the primary series! I really enjoyed the flow and the way that Nico doesn't narrate every move so that you can get in tune with your own breath and rhythm. Nico has a peaceful guiding voice that allows you to challenge yourself but "stay on the healthy side" of your limits. I'll be doing this again and again.

The first time I tried this class I had a lot of trouble following. Nico does not always say which pose he is going into before he begins to describe what to do in the pose. The screen should be in an easily visible area.
Also, he often repeats that we should move with our breath, but he often does not allow enough time for it. I was able to keep up this time because my internet was taking breaks within the video ;)
However, the practice is nice. My body feels good today.
The first time I tried this video it was after an unpleasent Bikram class the day before. I ended up with a knot in my back that wouldn't allow me to walk. Be careful!

I use this video 3 times a week and I find it gives me a very thorough workout. I like Nico's teaching approach as I feel he is really into each move and this has helped me stay motivated as a self-learner.
