Fantastic wrist safety yoga tips Jesse, thank for this very informative 5 minutes. I am one of those people that have stopped practicing yoga daily because of an non yoga related wrist injury - I might have the key to go back to a daily practice

Thank you, my right wrist has seriously been hurting, but I haven't wanted to stop doing yoga. I just tried this out and can feel the pressure really alleviated from that tender spot.
Namaste!

My wrists have been hurting this week- feeling like they are bruised. I will try out your advice though I am not sure I completely understand. I am using my padding but still feel that pressure is placed poorly on my wrist, but maybe this is normal?
