@davidkeil Thanks so much for your response! I just watched the fuzz speach again, always good! I was reading about pandiculation and somatic approach to movement. I guess I was thinking about preconceived thoughts, protective thoughts that inhibit us and get us to stop moving and stretching and how this relates to fascia. When I put it like that it is pretty obvious. Thanks for your great clarification, it helped a lot!

@cindy_andison Hi CIndy, At first thought, I think you're mixing terms that aren't really meant to be mixed. Neuroplasticity is quite specifically about the brains ability to change and be malleable. So there is no direct working between the two. Perhaps you're asking about the plasticity of the connective tissue and it's own ability to change? We can ascribe many things to our own ability to use our minds to change things, but there are limits. After all, no matter how hard I try to with my mind, I could never be a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader, could I? In terms of the body there is a lot of research between mind and body, but as far as I know nothing specific to connective tissue. All you need is a change in temperature and your connective tissue will change. If you haven't seen it, perhaps look at the "Fuzz Speech" on youtube.
Does this help?

Hi David, not sure if you answer these posts but will give it a try. How does, in your opinion, neuroplasticity work with connective tissue? Can our minds change the malleability of connective tissue?
