Wonderful practice to start the work day with. This allows find awareness in my posture throughout the day, regardless of stress that might be waiting. This is also excellent for energy in the afternoon if you find yourself tired after the lunch hour. Thank you!

The props here - chair with rollers is not safe for practice, especially for beginners who has less muscle control over legs and feet to stabalize the pose. We should practice yoga on firm props or ground. Namaste
