Really enjoyed this class, however would love more repeated instruction during the movement. Especially since you are on the ground and it's hard in pilates to look at the screen. For people who are new to this class it would be helpful!

Worth every minute! Great for the abs and for knowing I did exercise instead of quitting. In my body practice doing 15minutes concentrating in a particular muscle zone is gold. More of these short seesions.
