I like this class a lot. Would be great if we could do a few more repetitions of some of the poses in the middle - maybe a slightly longer version would be nice

Yes, this a safe and effective Pilates workout during pregnancy. Please get your doctor's permission to exercise during your pregnancy and feel free to make any modifications that feel comfortable for your body. Don't push yourself - pregnancy is a time to be gentle and listen to your body.
This workout helped me get through my pregnancy and made it easier to get my body back afterwards.
