Pros: Great workout, loved that she stretched each muscle after working it, her voice with choice of music were not distracting at all
Cons: Once you get your heart rate up it's over... I wish it were longer, once you get in the groove on the right side she immediately switches to the left side so you are playing catch up the entire time, it felt like she dedicated more time to the first side and then blew through the second side
Overall, I enjoyed it a lot.
