i haven't done pilates in some time, but this class got me right back into it. a few of the poses were challenging, but i did pretty well. great instruction. thanks! i feel like i got a nice core workout. :)

Wow! There is a LOT here!
Of course, my 5 minute warm up before the video had been insufficient.
Doing pilates with you, Erin, really kicked my butt. My core had been in better shape for this (from my own self-practice) than my hamstrings were. And so I cramped in my feet, and modified for that.
Cooled down after the video for a few minutes.
This video reminds me of Floor Barré from the NYC Ballet workout.
