This is a lively, rhythmic and effective pilates inspired workout that is designed to strengthen & lengthen your body with focus on deeper layer of muscles that flatten the abdomen. Unlike repetitive conventional abdominal work, Rachel’s fluid dancer approach awakens your creativity and helps you build core strength while enjoying yourself. Low reps and intense mental focus make this workout powerfully different from anything you’ve felt before. Improves strength, coordination, circulation, flexibility and posture. These exercises will have your standing taller and feeling empowered.

Perfect, time flew by while working on my abs. I thought this would be choppy with instructions, instead it was a wonderful flow.

Coming back to exercise and yoga after an, ahem, long absence was a bit daunting, but this workout was perfect. I was able follow all of the movements (with some needed pauses!) and found noticeable improvement in my core strength during just the first three weeks. What's best is that I haven't grown tired of Rachel's practice as every time I watch the video I discover something new I hadn't quite grasped before. Great fluid rhythm to the movements & just the perfect length for a quick practice after work.

I enjoyed this video, but I felt that it moved too quickly. I was just getting into the rhythm of the movements when it would switch. I would suggest lengthening the duration of each movement. This would maximize the movements, providing a better overall workout.

The fact that I could see her rear end a few times made me uncomfortable. Good core work though.
