ab solutely fabulous! This is a favorite and I own 3 of their dvd's.(the bootcamp too complicated/hard- not for me) This was perfect - it was hard but Elizabeth did the modifications which was very helpful. Also they are my age or maybe older, and in fantastic shap. Highly motivating. So glad I decided to skp my cardio.macines today.

Stormy weather kept me from my yoga class tonight, so I thought I'd try this class at home. Very good instruction and more intense than I thought it would be! I'll be feeling my abs tomorrow!!

THis is an excellent video. Don't let the calm faces fool you. These are hard ab exercises and you really have to concentrate and get into the zone to get the most out of it. Enjoy the arm segment as a relaxing warm up!

Very creative. I teach Yoga & Pilates and am a certified personal trainer as well...this combines the best of all these modes of body/mind exercises. Clear instructions, I love that you offer 2 levels of each exercise, nice cuing and upbeat music.
