They're all working out of alignment.....these teachers should have a better knowledge about the anatomy before they teach clients how to move..Also, the term Core Fusion? What exactly does it mean? Just another fancy name for a workout

I'm in love and scared of this sequence at the same time, lol. I know I have a lot to work towards, but I'm loving how I feel. I also like that it's sequenced in 10 minute segments, so if I can't do the whole thing, I'll finish the other segments later in the day. Loving it!!
