Explore plies, degages, rhonde et jambe, port de bras, develop and envelope. Ideal for practitioners who want more dynamic variety in their Pilates work. Excellent for toning core, mid-back and hips, improving posture and body awareness. Note - Not recommended if you have Osteoporosis or Osteoarthritis. Also not recommended if you are pregnant.
