This class is beginner and the instructor calls it "Beginner Pilates"; however it is labeled as moderate. Overall, good, basic pilates for someone that has never tried pilates before. This instructor has a great intermediate class for those that are more advanced.

great intro... I've done one other on-line and one in person class prior to viewing (but a year or so of yoga-- mixed class and on-line).. I found this was an easy to follow but get down to business doing of pilates-- instructions clear, concise, easy to follow
