This unique enjoyable class includes a ballet dance inspired warm-up, belly flattening exercises, arm sculpting, backside toning exercises and thigh firming exercises for all fitness levels. Each exercise flows from one to the other effortlessly and beautifully. Flowing movement results from brain and body working perfectly in synergy; the aim is smooth, continuous motion, rather than jarring repetitions. This class will strengthen and lengthen your entire body, all without building bulky muscles. You will increase flexibility and endurance. One of the more challenging pilates videos I've come across, and I really like the inclusion of some ballet moves here. But many of the moves were done too quickly to really get the intended effect. This gave the video a nice aerobic component but at the cost of fully engaging the core. I'd do it again, but only if I can figure out how to set my video player to play at half the speed.

I think this video is awesome, well presented and a wonderful challenge however some comments are correct in that it is for more experienced Pilates people and not for beginners. I truly look forward to more of this type of class, thank you Rachel for sharing your talent.
