International martial arts champion Tiffany Chen learned this 60-movement Yang-form practice from her father, Grandmaster William C.C. Chen. Her expertise and the unique features of this video make it ideal for beginners or others wanting to improve their practice.
A daily ritual practiced by millions all over the globe, Tai Chi offers a wealth of health benefits. The low-impact, flowing movements sharpen the mind and strengthen the body, reducing stress and increasing flexibility. Regular practice can help lower blood pressure, relieve chronic pain, and improve sleep. If you’re an athlete, you’ll find that Thai Chi improves your focus and endurance.

I got frustrated with this video. I think it is because of the overlapping of the filming. When I would focus on the movements, another clip overlapped and it was very easy to lose focus.

Beautiful video but sadly I could not follow. I know the 24 form but still would need the steps of this form broken down much further in order to learn it. I think this video would be wonderful for those already practiced in this particular form but not for new learners. I would love to see more tai chi videos from this instructor broken down more for new learners. Perhaps naming each short sequence and better specifying what left and right do? Thank you for doing this beautiful video. This new learner would love more :)
