There is an article in Experience life magazine which also discusses the negative effects of too many carbs in one meal. It's a really interesting article, and not too long, have a look http://www.experiencelifemag.com/issues/july-august-2008/healthy-eating/food-habits-that-age-you.php :)

Good, useful information, but I found the sudden switches from camera A (front) to camera B (side) extremely distracting, which is counter-productive to the point of the video. I know side-angle camera work is popular now, but instead of being artistic, it strips away the personal touch from any production of this genre, where in my view, eye contact should be maintained. For actual yoga sequences I understand the value -it's necessary for viewers to see positions from the side for the sake of accuracy. But in a person-to-person chat such as this, the technique isn't useful.
