Great cooking class, I really enjoyed it. Is there a way I can get the recipes of the dishes you prepared in this class in a written form or PDF format? Many thanks!

This video gives a lot of great tips how to prep the greens. I get veg baskets in the summer and now I've got a lot of great ideas for cooking and preserving my greens. Thanks, Andrea!

Your welcome! horseradish tops are easiest to get if you grow them. I just learned that if you plant a piece of presh horseradish root (available from the market or farmer's market) it will GROW you some greens. they work well in deep pots and any corner of your garden! Bon appetite!

This was great, thank you. I am a self-taught cook, cooking my own vegan meals and creating recipes and the knowledge of the greens was great. I can't wait to find horseradish tops and try them (in a small amount of course) :) Thank you again
