This was beautiful, and relaxing, but probably not recommended for a beginner beginner, which I am. I will try another Tai Chi video before coming back to this one. I wasn't able to finish the exercise.

It would be appropriate for you to submit your production comments to Acacialifestyle.com as they are the producer of the dvd.

Although I love to learn more about Qi Gong and Tai Chi I found this one a bit hard to follow due to the changing camera angles. I couldn't really see what way he was stepping in and the breathing sequence. I also think the flow get's interrupted by constantly putting those repetition 1 and 2 and 3 in there.

With limited time I tried this one this morning. I'm eager to start to learn about Tai Chi, but I didn't really understand what I was doing without a framework. I'll try again another day with the other Tai Chi video.
