Wow I really love these short meditations. Even I am managing to focus on my breath this long! Have always got frustrated in the past because I couldn't do it!!

Hmmmm. A little difficult to meditate when my arms are not relaxed keeping my hands on chest & belly. Maybe eliminate the word "tummy" from your teaching vocab unless you're teaching kids. Just a suggestion.
