these three series of videos are all quite helpful, i always feel calm and open after doing them. My only recommendation is that less negative feelings are referenced. I found myself looking for "my anxiety" in order to smile at it, although my inicial feeling was strength....
But anyway, thank you for a good meditation.

Thank you for this! I suffer from anxiety and stress, sadness and impatience. Normally I can't stay still for more than a few minutes but this meditation helped me to switch off for 15 minutes and feel my freedom. Calming, refreshing and healing! Thank you Bernie.
