Well I think this is a first for me. Actually managed to do the whole 9 minutes without getting completely frustrated with my wandering minidisc. Love the chanting!

Hi April,
Thank you for your feedback (and patience as I was leading a group of students on retreat in India this last month). At the end of the meditation I say "Hari Om Tat Sat" which can be translated in many different ways. Hari is one of the names of the Divine, Om is all pervading and encompassing-the primordial sound. Tat is 'that' and 'sat' is 'truth'. So, simply put, it can mean that the original sound of the Divine is the truth of all (or the Divine is all around, in everyone and everything). Hope this helps :)

Madhuri says Hari Om Tat Sat, which has a variation of meanings but basically hails glory to Lord Vishnu who is the Truth. On a personal level is reminds me that the Truth being that the seen and unseen is one :)

Thank you so much for this short meditation - what do you say at the end instead of namaste, I really liked it. Also, what does it mean??
