what a beautiful and calming practice. when i woke this morning my mind had already started to race with things i needed to do for the day...this practice lifted away the stress and slowed me and reminded of taking each task as i would my breath...with patience, attention and gratitude.

Just performed this meditation.
Very soothing and calming. My body actually connected with my soul as well as losing the stiffness in my legs from strenuous work when in fact was thinking of taking Advil before meditation. I highly recommend this to all who are experiencing stress mentally and physically. Thank you!
