I also did my training at Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. Thank you for sharing the pranayama I am so familiar with. I haven't done the hand mudras in a long time, I forgot how beautiful they were :)

Just went and looked and found that there are 2 videos that come with this with instruction on the method for pranayama and mudras! Yeah!

I liked this meditation/pranayama combo. I only wished I was able to follow the hand mudras.
