I'm having trouble with the videos playing through. They start and stop continuously. What do I need to do to get my videos to play? I'm connecting with my iPad 2 onto my tv.
I would surely appreciate your help.
Best regards,

Hi strawberry and jessyh; hand mudras came to be when yogis mapped out hand areas and their associated reflexes. Each area of the hand is connected to a certain area of the brain or body--depending on nerves, meridians, etc. Surya mudra utilizes the ring finger--symbolized by the Sun or Uranus--representing healthy and energy, nerve strength and intuition. Hope that helps! Much love

Hi Jessyh,
Your comment about confidence inspired me to try this video. Yes - definitely intense for the upper body - I had an almost numb feeling in some of my fingers at times. I certainly feel transformed, almost as though the frequency inside or around me has changed. Much more clarity now, and presence. Would also love to know more about how this meditation works and what the hand positions are doing exactly?

I like this. It's the third time I've done it this week. The first two times I wsn't able to hold my hand up for so long but I just brought it down, shook it out and then went back to the mediation. This time I didn't notice. Like everything else you just have to keep at it and it gets easier! The mudras really seem to have an effect on my energy and I do seem to feel more confident after doing it. Can anyone explain why that is so?
