This restorative yoga class is perfect for those suffering from insomnia or feeling stuck in 'stress mode' in their nervous system with a mind that won't turn off. Great if you are feeling tight from working out or running, as well as for anyone with limited mobility due to aches, pains, or injury.

Very calming and well-explained practice. I have taken restorative classes before and often felt the poses were held for too long a time. This practice uses shorter holds and opens all parts of your body, thereby allowing you to have the luxury of a restorative session without having to devote an hour and a half to it.Thank you!
