Hi siobhan59, That sounds like an incredible sensation and manifestation from your practice. So wonderful to just let go of expectations and let yourself receive sensations and work through the layers holistically. Namaste, Kreg

At the end of this practice I had the distinct sensation of actually BEING my heartbeat - not just feeling my own heart but actually being it. Wonderful practice. Gentle and soothing yet leaving one with the feeling of having worked the body.

Great to Hannah - I often find slower, lighter practices offer a whole different level of connection and release given the different approach applied. Let us know if you require any other suggestions or assistance with your practice. Namaste, Kreg MYO

Thank you for the tips Kreg. I am reaching the 3rd trimester so I am definitely not lying on my back anymore. I am almost recovered from my foot/leg injury so I am switching between this practice and Prenatal Yoga for Rejuvenation and Calm, as there is not much more that I can do right now. All I can say is that this simple routine is doing wonders for my wellbeing...I can't appreciate enough. Namaste

Hi Hannah/saphyre, great to hear you enjoyed this practice. Yes, there are definitely some positions you need to modify since you are pregnant: stay light and conservative on the twists (to avoid cutting off blood circulation to your baby) ... avoid the lying postures and lie on your side for savasana (pillow between the knees) and due to blood circulation issues - this most important in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.
