This is my first experience of yoga. I'm 42 and very unfit and can get through about half of this before being exhausted (yep, embarrassing!). Is my best plan just to stick with it and build up to doing the whole session or find something easier? I have zero flexibility, especially in my legs. Any advice would be appreciated, I can see so much potential in practicing yoga for my health.

Loved this for a way to get back to the mat after weeks away. Clara's instructions are always so very clear and this practice was a wonderful, slow way to get back to basics. Great stuff!

I love this class. I go to a studio but find most vinyasa classes are too quick for my breath. This class lets me go at my own pace and continues to remind me that yoga is not about doing as well as everyone around me but finding my own journey thru it. Thank you so much!
