This slow flow beginner class with Clara Roberts-Oss is for those who are new to the practice. We will go through sun salutations and standing poses very slowly to really understand what each pose is asking of us. Great for those looking for a very gentle flow.

Clara, I am returning to my yoga path and i happened on your class while searching sun salutations on google and searching free you online. i am so GRATEFUL. i feel amazingly liberated, upright in my posture and the time was perfect. manageable, WELL LED poses and the yogi was great. i am in love again. i have a membership at a gym that has wonderful yoga classes and i feel as though practicing at home for a week or so will give me the strength and confidence to practice outside my home with the same comfort. namaste sister!!!

Clara, This was my very first yoga experience. I spent a week debating whether or not to try it, or whether or not it was right for me and most of that was fear. I'm always so tense and uptight and letting go is a major road block for me. This exercise was amazing. I couldn't do all of it as fluidly as the was being shown but I concentrated on my breathing and relaxing into the poses and it helped a lot. When I started I could not even sit cross legged because my right hip is soooo tight, but in the end I was able to come a lot closer to sitting correctly. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I will have to stay with this video for a while but eventually I hope to move on to more of your yoga practices. Thank you!!

What is the quote at the end of the practice, or where can I find it? It was beautiful, I would love to write it down!

Great video. I cannot wait to watch more of your videos. I am still rather new and but would enjoy something a bit faster paced. This was still wonderful. Thank you.

I am brand spanking new at this, but I was able to keep up with all but one part. I got a bit lost on the swinging side to side part.

Clara, I really love this class! I'm still at a beginner stage so this is one of the only videos I can manage of yours, but it's easily my favorite. I'm wondering since you don't have too many beginner videos, can you recommend any other teachers on the site that have a similar approach to yours? What I love is how your routines flow and have a momentum. It feels more like a dance than a series of sweaty exercise positions!
