This is my second time doing this class and I'm sweating like crazy. First time I made it 15 mins and a week later almost 25mins. The poses are beginner but the fitness isn't, however I love it and its my guage for increasing fitness and technique improvement :) I do love this, thank you x

I really enjoyed this practice. It was just the right amount of gentle flow to build heat, but also loosen me up, since I am a beginner. I do triathlons, and flexibility is one of my biggest issues. I will be using this flow on nights before my races to get me centered & relax my body! Thank you!
