If this was beginners I'm not even born yet. But I'm ready to come out slowly. I did like it very much and my body too. Question when your not ready enough to go touch the ground or ankles nose on knees,or come up with the step al the way between your hands what is a good middle way?? Thanks

Tough class for me too (& I've been doing yoga for years) , but I loved the instructions and the time Marks takes with the poses. I've never done down-dog so well.

I found this class kind of difficult, as a beginner. Tried to keep up and paused when I had to but felt like giving up a few times. I guess it's good to be challenged though, to become better. :) Thanks.

I also was surprised that this was a beginner class as I found it challenging (in a good way). I agree with the others that the descriptions of the poses and guiding into them was very easy to follow and I was able to follow along without necessarily looking at the screen, which was helpful. I enjoyed this class and would do it again. I feel stronger and more open already.

This has been done quite a few times in my Dance and Body class and I feel that if it is taken into your normal "everyday" life rather than just in class, you benefit from it more. I've slowly started to feel improvement each time I do the exercise! It's great!
