I'm almost brand new and I love the challenge that this video offers me. I can only do half so far but I am looking forward to building my body stronger to get through this hour video. I come back to this every other morning pushing myself to go a little farther

Love, loved, love your tone and the time you gave for each stretch. I have rheumatoid so mentioning all the modifications or props really helped out.

seriously, what should I do if I can't even handle this level of yoga? I can only do the downward dog with bent legs and I could hardly breathe when I was bent over. Speaking of bent over I can barely touch my shins so when the girls were going down to their toes and then half way up again I couldn't even get halfway down! help!

Loved it, but there were technical glitches that were distracting...had to restart and guess how far in the practice I was...I just started using the videos so not sure if this is an issue with this particular video, or all of them

I just started practicing again after two years off. Really enjoyed this, and am looking forward to doing it again once I have a bit more flexibility. Thank You!

I have been practicing on and off for many years. In my opinion, this is NOT a class for a beginner, especially a beginner who hasn't been exercising regularly. The class itself was very good in terms of cues and speed, I would rate it an intermediate class.

I've always done a lot of stretching of all kinds but I've mostly stuck with hard calisthenics, weight lifting and gym machines.... thinking I never had the time or patience for yoga. Now I'm 63 and my sciatica is starting up a little again after back surgery a few years ago. I found your site and just finished your beginner warm-up for the 2nd time and I love it! I know people who swear by yoga and are very toned and I've tried it before but it never appealed to me until now. I think Mark Laham is great !! I'm very flexible so I can do all the poses but didn't think I'd feel them as well as I did with this video. Look forward to continuing.

great class, a little subdued in the verbal ques, but great class. Background music would really be nice.
