This class is moderate level and is not for beginners. It is almost identical to the 60 minute version. Moves slowly, although it provides a decent workout.

As a P.T. I use the ball daily in my practice. It is particularly welcome today after I did Kundalini for Energy and Release yesterday. Can you add a ball sequence for adductors and hip muscles in particular. Thank you.
