NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins 11:30:00 a.m. PST on July 10, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on July 10, 2012. Must be legal U.S or Canada resident.  Must be 18 or older to enter. Employees of Fresh Eye Productions (My Yoga Online) and their respective affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER. 2 ways to enter:  1) Post an answer to the question listed on the contest blog post on MyYogaOnline.com during the Contest Period.  2)  “Like” and enter a comment to the question on My Yoga Online’s Facebook page during the Contest Period. To enter a comment on the blog post, you will need to be a registered member.  Registration for access to comment on the blog is free.  Following on Facebook is free.  Limit one entry per person on Facebook and one entry per person on the blog post.  Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only entrant's first entry on each platform will count (therefore a maximum of 2 entries total between the blog and Facebook). Similar contest offers may be made from time to time in different weeks, but each offer is separate. Entry into this Contest does not enter you into any other contests in any other week.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION. Five (5) winners will be selected from www.myyogaonline.com member profiles with bio pictures, within the first seven (7) days after the end of the Contest Period, from among all eligible entries received. Judges decisions are final. The Facebook name or My Yoga Online account name of the winner will be published on Facebook.com/myyogaonline approximately seven (7) days after the end of the Contest Period. Winner must respond via email provided and provide phone number for contact within seventy-two (72) hours after such posting. Failure to respond to notification, to provide phone number, or to respond to follow-up call, or to claim prize when required may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the entrant is deemed the ''Authorized Account Holder'' of the Facebook account at time the individual became a My Yoga Online fan on Facebook.com or when the individual registered for an account with My Yoga Online.

PRIZE/ODDS.  Prize includes two shirts from Sivana Spirit, valued at approximately $100 US dollars.  Must be U.S. or Canadian resident, 18 or older.  Taxes on receipt of prize are the winner’s responsibility. No substitution or transfer of prize, except Sponsor may substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. 

GENERAL. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to hold Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, and also grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without further consideration to the extent allowed by law. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and/or publicity release. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or for technical malfunctions of any kind. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Contest is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.
