My own yoga journey began over 30 years ago, together with music therapy. The form of yoga I teach becomes tailored to the different physical abilities and problems of the students. Yoga is not about the upward climbing journey of becoming, ambition and achievement. It?s an inward journey: playfully exploring, nourishing and wise. My yoga philosophy is influenced by observing the nature around us. The freedom with which animals move instinctively, the way in which a flower unfolds into the space around it, how a tree grounds itself deeply into the earth. The beauty when things are spontaneous and natural, the enjoyment we feel when that natural movement is applied to our own bodies.
