Wendy was first introduced to Pilates after an injury early in life left her with chronic low back pain. Through her practice she remedied her problem and developed a passion for the Pilates method. Eventually, this led to her obtaining her teaching certification through Polestar Education in 2001, and becoming a full-time instructor.
Being committed to furthering her knowledge, Wendy most recently completed the 2004 Intensive Program at the Pilates Centre in Boulder, Colorado. Wendy's approach to teaching is light and informative; exploring the integration of mind and body through a safe and effective workout.
